It’s very simple really …. You get a step log.  Each participant uses a pedometer or fitness tracker so you can track and record your daily steps for 8 weeks. Instead of stress and fatigue, you and/your team will be focused on digging deeper and doing better. 

When you enter teams, every week the steps are submitted to our team, who update our records and display the results on our website for you or your team to view. I can hear the banter!   We’re also available online offering support and advice.
